Hello OBRA-land,
On behalf of Desert Orthopedics, Hammer Nutrition and Solid Core Training, I am so proud to announce that Bend Don't Brake Road Race raised $3,500 (despite the wind, rain and snow). $2,500 will be donated to Bend Endurance Academy to train Bend's youth to become EXCEPTIONAL Oregon cyclists and $1,000 has been sent to Leia Tyrrell's Recovery Fund.
These donations couldn't be possible without the generous support of our sponsors and the tireless work of our volunteers. And of course, your support by racing. We had a great turnout of over 160 people including 45 women!
This race is a labor of love but I am so proud to be able to give back to the cycling community for all they have given me.
