Yes, I think it's the same location/person that we saw
on OLN. Although this shot is a still of Lance
climbing on the right and Team O running on the left.
It's a really good shot.
I didn't buy the issue but I found it at Barnes and
Noble (the one in Tigard near Bed Bath & Beyond and
REI, to be exact). The magazine is Cycling Plus or
C+.
