The night before we have Packet Pickup and Pre-reg from 5-7pm at the
Forestry tour area

remember to have your personal aide to the reg area by 8:30 for aide #2 and
the lap point

I e-mailed the winner of the TOE gift, seeing if they can make it, thanks
for the reply's, you are all worthy

Yes please send in your entry prior to that, plenty of time and I like to
have everything ready to go and be ontime and thanks for the support

camping is 5 minutes from where you turn to come to the Forestry Tour area
off of Hwy 20
Sign on the road

*The cafe is laving a Luau and a Band until 11pm and you can join in. I am
sure the food cost, but a Pig roast may get you stoked for the next day or
stoke your furnace
Your camping will be labeled down by the creek and I am not sure how parking
will work as the place is decent size but with a band and food who knows.

In the am the Cafe will be open from 6-8 am and for 6.00 you can get
pancakes, yogurt and other great food including a protein to get going. *

Other things to remember

New coffee shop open early in Philomath on left side just as you enter, I
think 5 or 6am Human Bean

Lets see

Big raffle, really big
Yakima, Specialized, Club ride, Ergon, Chris King and many more, will keep
it to 40 minutes of raffle

Kenda cup swag bag and shirt for 1st 100 (we are over that)

Custom socks for 100 or so also

42 trophies for 1st place in the Kenda Cup will be awarded

Free photos from Oregon Velo and Insta Print for each person

The course is in excellent shape!
