Joe,
Seriously? You just couldn’t help yourself with that one? you feel you are that much an elitist you just had to let that one out?
Well, since you ignored my request to hold off from flaming your lips all over the place I won’t feel bad putting you in your place.
So basically you’re telling me that if some driver were to splatter me all over the pavement because I couldn’t hear him coming it would be my fault, that I would deserve it and you and your buddies would ride on by? Real stand up guy, aren’t ya.
First off I’m very hard of hearing. To the point that I couldn’t hear a car coming with headphones on or not until it was too late. I map my rides carefully and because I’ve been born with this handicap I’ve gotten used to using my eyes where my ears fail me. sure I can still get hit but so can any of us. I also train on bike trails or multi use trails like the marine drive trial near my work and lastly I simply just wanted to know what music ya all liked.
You can take your foot out of your mouth now, Joe.
Have a nice day.
and those of you that gave suggestions... thank you.

Ok... spare us your whine as we ride by after you have been splattered
from behind
because you failed to hear the approaching motorist who wasnt paying
attention to
you while you were rocking out on your training ride.
