I hope there is enough racing on the calendar this time of year that this
thread stops here and does not fill up our inboxes for the next two weeks.

After careful consideration, I have decided to sell THE MOST AWESOME BIKE IN THE PACIFIC NW.

This machine is full Shimano Dura Ace [with the exception of the front del ]. All aluminum w/carbon fork.

This bike has been PROFESSIONALLY maintained it's whole life [all I trust myself to do is change tubes and tires].

The 7801 Shimano STI shift levers have just been put on this bike, they have approx 3k miles on them.

History:

This bike has done every stage race in the Pacific NW at least once [even won some].
This bike has amassed more points at PIR , Monday/Tuesday combined, than any other bike in history.
This bike retired from full time racing years ago but still gets out on sunny days and still races PIR , occasionally .
This bike rode from Portland,OR to SD,CA with out so much as a flat tire !

Performance:

The Cannondale CAAD 6 is the most versatile bike in the world. "Really" you ask? Go ahead and e mail the great Mario Cipollini and ask him, he won 4 consecutive sprint stages in the TDF on this frame. You may say " Ok the bike can sprint, but Steve, can the bike climb?" Good question, go ahead a shoot and text to Gilberto Simoni and ask him, he won the Giro d' Italia on this frame, so I'm thinking yes.

Guarantees :

This bike WILL make you a better cyclist. This bike WILL make you a faster sprinter. This bike WILL make you climb better. People WILL wave at you while you are on this bike. Cars WILL honk their horns in appreciation and respect.
This bike WILL make you feel better about just being you.
If, after 24 hours, this bike does not do ALL of the above, I WILL refund you 95% of the purchase price. [Why not 100%? Because I do not want people to "use me" and take this bike out for 24 hrs just to impress their friends or pick up chicks with no intention of keeping it]

Now I know what you are thinking "Why would Steve sell THE MOST AWESOME BIKE IN THE PACIFIC NW?"

The answer: I have no idea, so you better take advantage of this monumental lapse in my judgment before I come to my senses ....................
