OBRA-land!
I am looking for an event space for a private party of about 40 - 50 people - no its not a rave. It will be a surprise birthday party with our own DJ, booze and dancing including the occasional white man's overbite.

I am interested in a space which is unconventional, not-refined, with personality - no ballrooms, modern event spaces or anything with dark wood paneling. Spaces that would be interesting are warehouses, low brow event spaces, even a barn could be fun. We are just looking for a fun space to celebrate.

Of course, we are willing to pay, are responsible citizens who will clean up afterwards and make sure all the debauchery ends well with no damages and in a decent hour. If you have any leads I would appreciate it. Thank you.
