Hello folks, just two nights to sleep before Speed never does....a quick
update for you:

PRIZE LIST:

Men Grand Prize: $50 and a big prize bag (2nd and 3rd will also receive cash
and prizes)
Women Grand Prize: Same as the men because we think anything other than
equal payout is lame - $50 + prize bag for 1st place, with assorted cash and
prizes for 2nd and 3rd too. (prize bags for both podiums will be Surly,
Evil, PDW, All Hail The Black Market, Rapha, Chris King, Orbana, and more -
in other words, LOTS of stuff)

Orbana will be sampling their product at the race, a great new Portland
based training supplement company.

The Taco Pedaler girls will have their taco bikes grilling up fresh goodies
on the course, bring a couple bucks and try one and support this bicycle
borne local company.

PLEASE PRE-REG if you're racing this event. Please. It helps the bracketing
out so much and will make race day so much smoother for us and you. Since
the format is so unique, we need to do a little more organizing to get the
brackets set in a timely fashion, so please please please, if you're doing
this race, just go back to the main page on OBRA and pre-register for the
Sprints. Again, day of closes at 4:45 - no exceptions.

If you're not racing the event, you must not like cash and prizes, hate
freedom, and kick puppies for fun. That said, if you choose to stay out of
your silly pants, come on down and check out one of the coolest spectator
events on the entire calender. With the Fremont Bridge in the background and
stadium style seating on the shipping docks, it's a great venue to watch a
unique bike race. Come on down and soak it all in on what looks to be a
