1 year old 52cm Waterford x-14 raced last season enjoyably and uneventfully, took on a random rock last weekend that lodged between the crank and frame on some double track. It creased the down tube and slight, non structural injury to seat tube. And bent the crank, remained ridable until the chain snapped 90sec later, which is when I realized frame injured.

The down tube needs to be replaced and then the frame needs to be repainted(and a small seat tube repair). Carbon fork is completely undamaged.

Haven't shopped it around to the local framebuilding scene, took it straight to river city in hopes of warranty replacement, but trauma is trauma. Willing to consider selling frame/complete bike "as is" to avoid the time investment and proceed to rationalize the next bike purchase.

So, fishing to gauge interest out there; the right person could end up with a year old Waterford relatively easily repaired locally for a reasonable price. Reply off list please.
