Looking for a trainer. I'm thinking either an older computrainer or cycleops fluid. I am open to other manufactures if it is quality trainer, quite, and good progressive resistance that does not require getting off the bike to adjust.

WTB: a trainer for a co-worker of mine. He's not an avid cyclist, he's just looking for a way to get some excercise indoors during the winter. I don't know much about different kinds of trainers, but he seemed to not want the noisy fan-type. He has about $100 to spend.
