Good Morning Everyone -

 

I wanted to take some time to update everyone as to what is going on with the OBRA TTT.  Currently, the date for the TTT have been removed for the OBRA Calendar at this point for a couple reason:

 

-  Conflicts with the Brownsville site.  D ate conflicts with other events that have been on the OBRA Calendar prior to this event, commitments to not schedule against those dates, and venue scheduling, we had no other alternative but to remove our date from the calendar.

 

- Conflicts with the secondary location (Peoria).  Due to the time in which we are looking to hold this event currently, harvesting in the Peoria has played into planning an event in the area.  After speaking with the property owner of the Peoria site, it was made very clear we cannot schedule anything until after September.

 

Having saying all of that, I still believe we still have hope.  I am currently working with OBRA on another location that might allow this event to happen sometime in late August or early September.  I am doing a recon on the location this Sunday and will have more information to share with you all once that is completed.

 

I know you all are very anxious to race the TTT and I am just as excited to get this done.  I would just  ask that everyone continue to be patience with us as we work through the  hurdles of getting this coordinated.
