I suspect that pretty much the same racers do both XC and short track races. Why with all the open mtb days on the calendar does the Short track championship have to conflict with a XC race??

So the Juniors race from 9:15- 9:45
And overlapping the Cat 3's race from 9:30- 10:10??
That's going make for some Very confusing "bell laps"!

Dirt Luvin boys and girls,
Last year the course was a good workout and fun to boot. Kenji decided to pick blackberries. Only problem for him, it was during his race!
My plan is to be there and give it an old man go. No horseshoes on this course right Pam?
Supports a good cause and again puts a bike race in plain sight, on high school property where those around “notice how much fun we are having” if nothing else. Super easy access for the Portland metro area as the school is right on NW 185th.
I also recommend it as a different taste of a short track event than PIR and Salem. Those living a little further away (central and southern OR) might consider the carpool option as it is the short track champs as well!
