Just a reminder that today is the day to turn in your Jersey orders for a
mid September delivery! If you are a new team you should be contacting me in
addition to Castelli. All Jersey submissions after today will be on an 8
week turn around schedule with no exceptions. High School coaches do not ask
for expedited service. This unfairly puts Castelli in a situation of
disappointing the team when it was your planning that caused the issue.
Here is the Series schedule this year. Look for more info from Bill
Warburton about the High School series opener in Bend. The Bend Endurance
Academy has some big plans with a coaches clinic and racer clinics. This
will offer some great resources and material for High School teams.
The High School Series is once again a best four out of five series. The JCS
is a 7 race series. Remember that there are two series intertwined. The
Junior Cyclocross Series (JCS) and the High School Series. The HS races are
JCS races as well. I will be sending out a rules update soon. Basically the
same as last year with a few improvements.

HS Coaches, OBRA contacts, supporters and volunteers: I am happy to report
that Castelli once again has generously agreed to support the High School
Cyclocross Series. Castelli will provide jerseys at cost to all approved
teams with no production minimums. The deadline to turn in artwork and
quantities is July 18th for a delivery of September 15 (first HS race
tentatively scheduled for mid/late September. Do not request faster
turnaround times on late orders.
Castelli will also be providing series champion jerseys. Thank you Castelli!

High School Jersey Support Program
Castelli has generously offered to provide teams with jerseys at preferred
pricing rates. You may use other vendors. The deadline for artwork is July
18th to ensure a September 15 delivery just a week prior to the first HS
race. Castelli will provide a choice of templates to help create your team
jersey or you may provide your own artwork.
1. No production minimums for the program (teams are expected to be at
least three members for approved teams. Contact John Wilson at
corvallishsccx@obra.org for an approval application.
2. Cost per jersey is $40.00.
3. You may provide your own artwork (Adobe Illustrator format please) or
use the provided design template

4. Orders and artwork must be turned in by July 18th for a September 15th
delivery.
5. Orders turned in after July 18th will be delivered 8 weeks after
Castelli has the artwork & quantities. No exceptions.
6. Castelli can lend some design assistance for those in need but the
program does not support complicated and time consuming design. Please be
respectful and considerate if requesting design help.
