Actually it is Vulture Cycles that does the EBB conversion on steel frames.
Two Circles builds aluminum EBB singlespeed frames.

A MORE expensive option ($150-200) is to have Two Circles (good 'ol Bend
locals who have built for others and who now build for themselves) cut in
an eccentric BB (like you see on a tandem) to allow for chain tension
adjustments: I hope it's a steel frame you want to modify. Of course,
this'll mess with your knee over pedal axle positioning to some extent and
seat to pedal distance, but we already mess with this when we slide fore
and aft on our saddle to impart a little body english (so who cares, and
if you really do care that much maybe you shouldn't be on a single speed).
