Hey Everyone,

The Tacoma Twilight Criterium is less than two weeks away. It’s time to
regester so you don’t miss out on racing one of the fastest 4 corner
criteriums in the state, enjoying the festivals from the beer garden,
visiting with our sponsors, or checking out the exotic pace car we have
lined up for the race. The race schedule includes all the regular fields
you would expect and separate race for the Pro 1/2/3 women, Cat 4 women’s
race, and individual race for both the LAJORs race (junior races). Below is
the link to the race website and registration details.

*Team Area*

If you are bringing a corporate race vehicle and/or tent(s) (sponsored
teams, etc.) we have a reserved parking area for you inside the race course.
Reserved Team Parking will be at 10th and Pacific (right next to the start/
finish area). The only word of caution for you is this: Once you are "in"
the team area, you will not be permitted to leave until the course opens
after the last race of the night. The team area is within the closed course
and vehicles will not be permitted on or off the course once racing begins.
If this reserved parking goes gang-busters...we will have overflow team
parking at 9th St.

Any team wishing to use this area must arrive between 1pm and 2pm on
Saturday July 30th. Once inside, you'll have plenty of time to set up as you
need. We just need to get everyone inside the course in accordance with
street closures and start times.

Street closures happen at 1pm.

We need confirmation of your team vehicle/ tent participation no later than
Tuesday July 26th. If you are not on our roster after that date, we will not
be able to accommodate you in the reserved team parking area.

Just a couple of brief rules:

The reserved parking team area is for team related duties only and is
designed to give you space for your team and sponsors to be seen. You may
not sell merchandise or display products (other than your own race gear). We
do have a paid-for vendor/ merchant area in which that can be done. We just
ask that you respect this, as team space is free - and vendors are paying
for their spaces. If you would like to host a paid space for selling or
marketing products, we can still allocate booth space up until Tuesday July
26th. If you have specific questions, just shoot me a note or call and I'll
be happy to help in any way.

Also - the team area is not "secure." The public will have the same access
to this as any other part of the course. So keep an eye on your things, etc.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, theft, etc.

Other than that - we welcome you all and can't wait to see you racing in
Tacoma.

Please be sure to contact me ASAP to reserve your space!

Thanks

Erik
