OBRA-list, You did me well getting some paint quotes previously and
now I'm looking for some flooring to get installed.
Really only want to work with someone who is licensed/insured.
The flooring is laminate with pre-padded back and tongue/groove - this
is about as easy as flooring install gets (that I won't do myself).
To cover about 800sqf (I was told it's a little under 800sqf)
Will need carpet layer and tile layer of previous flooring removed
from about 70% of it, and Linoleum on the remaining 30%.
Anyone work with someone local / small who responds quickly? (We need
to lay it asap)
