Longview is racing weekend after next. Two great races coming up!

August 5: Downtown Dash for Cash Street Sprints. Sprint two blocks to WIN! Mountain and Road, Men and Women, Beginner and Experienced. Heats are Four up with two going forward. Final heat for non-winners. PLUS a single race for Single Speed Cruisers and the soon-to-be-famous Commerce Crawl...last one over the finish line wins. Track stands anyone? Register at the race or on OBRA. Evening races...registration starts at 4:30 p.m. at Highlander Cycling located at 1313 Commerce Ave. Longview, WA

August 6: 2nd Annual Longview Grand Prix Criterium. $2,500 in Cash Purse + Prizes. 11 races throughout the day for men, women, masters, juniors and a fun FREE kid's race. $20 entry fee, $10 for additional races. Race starts at 11:00 a.m. .5 race course around the Longview Civic Circle. Experienced and beginners - no technical, just pour on the speed and let it go!
