I've got a "like new" Trek Equinox TTX size Small in "Flying Ace" (WWII Fighter) paint scheme for sale.
Let's see about the price (these are the "part it out on Ebay numbers):
Frame/Fork: $750 (it's a Project One paint scheme and it's basically brand new--frame replaced in Spring 2010 and only ridden 10 times since)
Blackwell Research Carbon Basebar/Carbon "Wrist Relief" Extensions; $150 (these are the oldest item on the bike... Nice bars, but have a few nicks...Nothing major)
Zipp Aluminum Stem, 120mm (purchased last week so only 2 rides): $75 (my cost with discount)--I may have other stems to swap if you want something of a different length
Bontrager Brakes: $75 ($175 new 2 years ago)
Blackwell Carbon Brake Levers: $50
Campy Chorus CT Crankset: $175
Campy Chorus Front Derailleur: $40
Campy Record 10-speed Rear Derailleur: $100
Campy Record 10-speed Bar End Shifters: $50
Campy Chain (recently replaced): $25
Campy Cassette (like new): $75
Mavic Aksium Front Wheel: $125 (I'd be happy to keep it)
Power Tap Comp Wired System (including rear wheel): $450
Bottom Bracket: $25
Bontrager Triathlon Saddle: $25
Tires/Tubes/Cables/Tape: $100
Total for complete bike (rounded down from above): $2200
Total swapping Power Tap for a Mavic Aksium Rear: $2,000
Total without wheels: $1800
In addition, I have a BRAND NEW Hed 3 Front and Hed 3 DEEP Rear Clincher (Campy): $1,300 for the pair
Basically, you can get onto a like-new TTX with a power meter system for less than you'd pay for a Speed Concept 7-series built with SRAM Apex... Add in the race wheels and it's still less than purchasing a Cervelo P3 with Ultegra and no race wheels...
Cheers,
Jonathan
