I'd like to publicly thank all the people who helped out after I went down
hard in the 4/5 race tonight at PIR. I didn't even have enough time to get
myself picked up off the ground before people were there getting my bike
moved and I was getting a ride back to the pits to get first aid. (And to
the lady who was doing first aid, sorry I didn't get your name, but I'm
serious about buying you a beer.)

I'd especially like to publicly thank Sam Shiffman for abandoning his race
to take care of me immediately after the crash. He's a teammate, but I'm
sure he'd do the same whoever it was.
