Unless it is pouring rain I would like to pack the velodrome up for the

winter following the Cross Crusade race this Sunday. As usual, many hands

make light work so if a few people could help that would be great. We will

take down the sponsor signs and put them and most of the contents of the

judging pillbox and registration/concession building into a storage

container for the winter. A 9/16" socket wrench or, better yet, socket

driver will be useful. Mostly it will be toting and lifting to carry stuff

into the container. Shouldn't take more than an hour or so if we have

enough help. Thanks in advance for your help.

Now that the last racing at Alpenrose is done I need to get things set for

the winter by taking down the sponsor signs and moving them and most of the

contents of the registration/concession building and the official's pillbox

into more weather secure areas. I plan to do that on Wednesday afternoon

starting about 2:00 PM. A few people to help me would make things go much

faster. Let me know if you are available.
