I'm going to make the assumption that scenic ride/low traffic/good
training ride takes precedence over low mileage, and suggest this:
http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=4711163 This gets you up to Skyline,
at which point you can decide where/when to drop down to the town side.
It's the long way around for sure, but avoids the entire suburban area
of tigard/beaverton/hillsboro, etc.
