Thanks to Cheryl Willson we are adding a resource page on the Junior
Cyclocross Web Page. We have the "Handbook" posted there that has all the
rules for this year plus other useful information. For example there is good
information about starting a High School team. Plus we plan to add in a good
description of Coaching drills to help your junior team excel in Cyclocross.

Some notable new rule changes:

1. No minimum number of races to qualify for series awards. Whoo Hooo!

2. All of the seven races count for the series overall for the Junior
Cyclocross Series. Not throwing any out.

3. The High School Series is still the best 4 out of 5.

4. No individual competition for the High School Series. Just the team
award.

5. Rider ages adjusted per OBRA rule change to move back to Road
Racing age vs CX Racing age.
