Cyclist hit by car - Wash Park - Possible serial, case?

Stephan (and friend),
The odds are long but a car very much matching your description
rolled through the Shakespeare in the Park performance in Washington
Park Sunday afternoon around 4pm. The performance backed up to a road
and a silver late-model Mercedes, with a driver matching your
description, and likely several passengers, rolled by slowly before
yelling something and then hurrying off. I was 150 feet away so didn't
hear what he said and didn't think much of it but there were at least 50
sets of eyes who might be able to give a better description and possibly
a plate. Unfortunately, the incident was much less threatening than
yours so I'm not sure that anyone would have thought to take note.
Hopefully that's helpful information.

Best,
Scott

Think I saw the letter 'J' though. Time was around 4:10/4:15pm. Going up the hill, they paced me when I was riding by a parked car, then veered-into me to force me into the parked car. I stopped abruptly and they sped-up and kept going, the driver flipping-me-off out of the sunroof after they passed.
