What a fantastic way to give back to Alpenrose! I'm going to see what I can do to get Beaverton Bicycle Club out there....I challenge other teams to do the same!

Subject: [OBRA Chat] FW: Upcoming Parades

I received the note below from the people at the Alpenrose Dairy.  They do
so much for us I think we should pay it back by doing things for them.  This
one is easy and should be fun.  Anyone available?

After many years out of the parade scene, Alpenrose is going to be a part
of the Multnomah Village Parade this Saturday the 20th and also the
Beaverton Celebration Parade on Saturday the 27th.  We have so many unique
events at the dairy that I feel are so important to advertise to the local
community and what a great opportunity to do it!  We will be bringing some
of our pony's, the 4-H group will have their animal brigade, Santa's elves
and the Easter bunny will be passing out candy, the train clubs will be in
uniform, a few baseball players in uniform will be on hand and I was
hoping a few cyclists could join.  Do you have anyone who may be
interested in riding along with us on their bikes???  This Saturday's
parade will be rather small but it's really the Beaverton Parade on the
27th I want to focus on.
