capitol hwy a bus stop is in front of the house, I'm

looking for a roommate / housemhousematelp pay the

bills. The house is only 10 years old and in great

shape. It is a two-story with three bedrooms and 2 1/2

bathrooms It has high speed interninterneteo system

and satalisataliteatver/dryer and fireplace. You would

have your own bedroom and bathroom as well as a 1/2 of

the 2 car garage. It is pretty much fully furnished

(except for the open bedroom). The deck has patio

furniture and bbq grbbq, I have a full woodworking

shop in the basement for the artist or

craftscraftspersonhare.It is located just off Capitol

Hwy and is very

quiet and borders Woods Park out the back door for a

run in the park,(a deck yes ,a great place for your

coffee on those beautiful mornings or evening

bbq's.bbq's the amenities you could ask for are very

close.I

am asking for $550/month plus 1/2 utilities($550 down

plus $500 refundable deposit). I am athletic(mostly

cycling and tennis)with a laid back attitude and a

good sense of humor, and I'm easy to get along with.

I am looking for someone who is financially sound

(will have no trouble paying rent on time), guy or

girl, friendly, clean, no kids, no pets, no smoking. I

am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible,

so please let me know if you are interested and we can
