Based on Lynne's earlier post, Scott Wheeler is not alone. There are apparently many residents in this area who have had a few bad experiences with a few of us - potentially the clueless a**holes among us who don't see the need to move to the right until a car us upon them. This brings bad things upon all of us, so be better cyclists.

It's up to the rest of the OBRA community to pass through the area safely, legally, and with great consideration for other users of Rock Creek Road.

As for Wheeler, we have his name and address. We know what he drives. We know that he is the manager of Gunther Weiss Scientific Glass. We know that he has openly stated that he wants to hurt innocent people who use what he believes to be his extended driveway. This is a man with deep-seeded control issues.

Keep riding Rock Creek. Keep reporting Wheeler's behavior. He'll either shape up, or he'll have an episode and we'll have recourse. Remember what happened to Christopher Thompson when he adopted the same mentality.
