I have no idea. I think the first thing to do would probably be to ask
residents whether they want to have the road improved at all. Some may not
want to.

Then it would be to find out what type of improvement would be appropriate
and what the logistics would be.
Then of course would be to organize that initiative if the residents were on
board with it.
It seems to me that if we were to organize something like this, we could
perhaps bring it to the media and have a wider impact across the city.
