Since I'm the bike guy in my multi-plex all my neighbors come to me for everything bike related.

My neighbor has a '97 Cannondale F2000 CAD3 hardtail that she never rides and needs money. She has no idea how to deal with craigs list so I'm doing it all for her.

This bike is nice enough that I though someone out ther in OBRA land might be looking for an entry level race bike.
