The frameset is in excellent condition. I purchased this new late December 2010.  It has been build and ridden but not raced, nor has it been crashed.

For Sale: Spot 26” Singlespeed Frame - medium 17.5”
Includes: Crank Bros Iodine headset
 
This is one of the last original Canadian built frames.  Matte black with red flame job.  Disc brake only….and once again it is 26er.
It is very decent condition, no dings or rust but it does have the obligatory paint chips from chain slap and being used (lovingly) in the fashion it was meant to be used.

This is a “56cm” by Colnago measurements…top tube is 55.5cm.  In decent shape, never crashed but with a few paint chips.
