Greetings to all OBRA racers!



I'll be out at PIR this Saturday providing first-aid to any

less-than-fortunate riders at the cyclo-cross race. If any of you would

like to talk about sports injuries or nagging aches and pains, just

introduce yourself at some time during the morning. I've worked with a

few Team O members in the past, and other track racers, roadies,

triathletes and marathoners. I'll be glad to talk to you about injury

recovery and give you any tricks of the trade I've learned in clinical

practice and 8 years of triathlon/marathon racing to overcome endurance

related injuries. Be aware, though, that I may have to run off in the

middle of the conversation to aid a fellow comrade!!
