Tuesday night is ladies night! Cross is going to be here in 2 weeks and no
time like the present to sharpen your skills or learn about cross. I have
been teaching cross for over 13 years. Nine of them for the ACA (OBRA sister
organization). I have a system, I break it down into EZ steps to remember
and to follow. Better to leave mud on your rivals vs. skin on the barriers.
