I would like to thank everyone for so enthusiastically welcoming me back
into the world of bike racing.
My "comeback" was short but I appreciate the encouragement and smiles from
everyone at Monday PIR and at the velodrome.
This weekend I was impressed to see the velodrome and infield so full of
riders. There was not only quantity but great quality.
Kudos to Mike and Candi and their crew for making so much happen with Oregon
racing. My admiration goes to so many of the riders for their skills,
strength, and sportsmanship.
Joe Fields (sp?) and Scott Harmon showed great class this Sunday in the
Masters track races, along with many others. It was a privilege to ride
with/against you.
OBRA has a great thing going. I am glad I got to take part, if just for a
week.
Thanks for your friendship and for bringing out my best.
