Yup, it's me again, with some updated information and some new information about cross races.
First off with winter approaching, time is running short for any projects that involve sealing. Mainly I'm refering to decks and fences. Decks are done in two days, one day to wash all the grunge off and another day to reseal. I do offer many options for retreating decks. My most popular option has been restaining. The stain that I use comes in many color options (I do have samples) and the stain is a 5 year stain that also seals the deck from water and UV protection. This is a whole lot better than just Thompsons water seal that is just a topical and wears off in less than a year.
Another thing to think about is gutters, getting them cleaned out from last year to get them ready to flow when all the leaves come down in a few months. Clogged gutters can create a lot of rot on the wood that holds up the gutters.
I've had a few customers ask me about my prices. With approaching 100 jobs, I now have my prices set for every type of cleaning that I do. Here is a link to my price list.

As far as cross races. As a thank you to the OBRA community I will be offering free bike wash at some of the cross races this season. Like when I helped out at the Velodrome this past Spring. I will have more details soon.
