Greetings everyone,

Tonight is the 2nd race of the 4 week series with another opportunity to
test your strategies in this exciting "Cat and Mouse" format.

Last week presented great weather and a great turn out. We had an early 6pm
race with a group of about 10- 4/5 racers. Split evenly the Cat 4's chased
the Cat 5's for about 6 laps rendering an exciting 3 man sprint finish.

This race was followed up with a group of about 45 riders comprised of both
Men and Women of all categories.

The 4/5 Group went first with about 15 riders, followed by the Cat 3's with
about 15 riders and a 2 minute delay, and then the Cat 2's with another 15
or so riders who also had a 2 minute delay.

It took the chase groups about 6-7 laps to whittle down the 4 minute gaps
and the fields combined with about 4-5 laps to go where some aggressive
breaks were attempted and sustained by Jake Hansen, who took home the WIN.

Tonight looks to provide good racing weather and plenty of sunlight to
support 12+ laps for the 6:30 Group.

*To note:* the Open 6:30 race is OPEN to ALL Categories for both Men and
Women- CAT 1-5.

We've got more great prizes from Cyclepath, Castelli and Rolf Wheels
tonight. Come on out and have fun racing amongst all strengths and styles
that OBRA has to offer.

Registration starts at 5:30
Numbers on the Left.

See you all there!
