There has been an old single speed bike U-locked to a pole on SW Terwilliger for several months now. Can anyone give me the phone number of the Portland Police Department's abandoned bike unit? I don't know if it even has such a thing. It's a pretty nice old bike and it would be a waste to see it rust away.
