Custom built bike. Nice, hand built wheelset. Practically new tires. Good, solid steel steed.
It's set up as a commuter right now, with moustache "upright" handlebars, but I have a set of Nitto Noodle drop bars that I'd be happy to trade the moustache bars, if you prefer.
