i raced in a white skinsuit last season and even after washing twice all these little spots would still show. what i found that eventually worked was get all the major mud off as soon as you can, soak it in a bucket w/ some detergent and hand wash it. leave it there for couple of hours then wash it in a machine. a lot of work but worth it to have that nice euro-white look.
