5:00pm - Registration

5:40pm - A Race - 2 laps (5.29 miles)
5:41pm - B Race - 2 laps (5.29 miles)
5:42pm - C Race - 2 lap (5.29 miles)

As for last weeks happenings, I'm doing better. Obviously that was not part
of the plan. I hope no one got too freaked out and I want to apologize for
not being able to have my race. Thanks for those that helped out and I hope
I'll get to see you all this week.

Also this Thursday at the college:
COCC Bobcat Open 5k Cross Country Run

- The Bobcat Open will take place on Thursday, October 13th at 5:00pm on
the COCC track. Day of race registration will take place from 4:15 pm to
5:00 pm.

- Refreshments will be provided following the race, and awards will be
given to the top three finishers in the men's and women's division. All
entrants will be eligible for prize drawings!

- The race is free for all COCC and OSU Students and Staff, all other
participants will be charged a $5.00 entry fee at time of registration.
