I need to talk with an attorney that could help me with a problem with
Verizon Wireless. A close friend of my family bought an international plan
with Verizon before she went on vacation to Europe. She was already a
current Verizon customer and was told that the plan she agreed to was shat
she would need. A few days into her trip Verizon called to tell her that her
bill was over $8000 and that they were shutting her phone off. She has
spoken with them but they will not admit wrong doing and will only give her
a percentage off of the bill.
