Hey Folks-

There's been a little confusion as to the policy for juniors in regard
to forgotten licenses.

I understand some of the juniors are not bringing their license
persistently and are signing up for licenses at each race. The
problem is that it costs us both in terms of time and money if they
sign up for licenses at each race. More importantly is the time for
both Omer and myself. I have no issue with the first license being
free but I think we need to provide a disincentive for folks
forgetting to bring their license or at least proof of a license.

Thus- the policy is that juniors will be treated the same as adults
and will need to bring their proof of a license or they get charged $5
(unless of course they are signing up for the first time).
