If you enjoy seeing (and helping) bike racing in the most pure form....full of maximum excitement, pain, bewilderment and euphoria...........this could be your day! You also will get your race entry fee waived, or if not a racer, you can get it waived for your partner, etc.
We are looking for two volunteers to help with the Kiddie Cross races for the three remaining Cyclocross races presented by Zone 5 Productions. We would like to have the same crew intact for the remaining races, so consider the dates (and times needed below) before you make your decision.
The races and dates are 1) Het Meer / Sat. Oct. 22nd “day after tomorrow”, 2) David Douglas #2 / Sat. Oct. 29th and 3) Winter Cross / Sun. Dec. 4th.
The time you will be needed for helping is 10:30-ish to get details of where and how course will work (all venues are different), then again during the last half of the 11:40 race to help start getting the kids / parents gathered for start. 12:30....Helping run races and hand out prizes, and maybe stacking a few cones. Usually done and free by 1 PM-ish. If you race, you need to be able to work your race schedule around the kiddie race as I do.

Lets make this a smooth (only so smooth of course as this is Cyclocross) fun race for them!
