I have a set of Rims I got a while ago, they are alloy campy sequl 88
tubular rims, 28 hole rims. The front one is built into a wheel with double
butted spokes. They are about 1inch deep, so not deep rims, but they do
have a nice aero shape. I got them with intentions to build into a race
wheel set, but never got the rear hub I was planning on getting so never
finished the back wheel.(meaning even though its a campy wheel, whether you
ride campy, sram, or shimano it will work fine once you build it up). Ive
raced on the front wheel once, its never been crashed on and has only seen
about 75miles of good road. These are just solid good wheels, and would
probably work pretty well as wheels for your tubular cross wheels. 200$ for
front wheel built and rear rim, OBO. The front wheel has a Ritchey race
slick tubular, 700x23 glued on front, glue job is a couple of years old and
I think there may be a slow leak in the tire, but if you want them for cross
it wont matter anyways. Like I said, built up front wheel, raced it once,
never got back wheel built.
