Many venues allow zip-tying the shifters. Someone with real knowledge will undoubtedly give you the real answer.

Hey y'all,

Here's my predicament: I only have one cross bike (geared), race at 1pm and
am trying to figure out ways I can get it rigged up in time for the SS race
