To all that visited, that inquired:

It's been about a year since my accident left me unconscious for a day,
lots longer to recover! Life is good, thanks in part to all of you who
cared enough to visit, inquire! Not sure I'll do any more racing, but
training is a part of my life, whether it be on the bike (as has been
the case), or running (coming up, at least when that just seems
easier!). I feel normal, enjoying life! Hope to be seeing some of you
out on the road! My normal circuit (as of now) is to head east near
Tabor, hook up with the freeway side-trail on NE/SE 90th, go south to
the Springwater Trail and then go west. Wishing all of you the best,
whether it be in racing or whatever!
