It's been great having all the wonderful vibes, I can't even begin to
thank you! All is fine, my recovery is self-motivated, but helped so
much by each and every one of you!

I may not be racing, but I'm riding everyday, and that's what counts!
When the weather gets bad, I'll rely on running...so far, so good.
