Not sure if this is better the data, but there is a CSV export of all the results at http://obra.org/export/obra.tar.bz2
It's a big file, and formatted a bit funny for the folks who uses it, but it may be easier for you to work with. There's also a lame API:

You need to page through the data with a query param, like:
