Subject: [OBRA Chat] Barton lost and found + gentle reminder
Left at the fry shack Sunday was a pair of sunnies, describe them and I will get them back to you.
It's possible that they were lost on course somewhere or you tossed them to the side and someone left them with us.
On another note while I have your attention, there was an alarmingly large amount of empty beer cans and bottles for an alcohol free venue in my recycling bins this morning as I sorted out the actual recyclables from the garbage that I bring home each week.
I'd hate for us to lose the venue in the future because of this, it's a real treat to be able to race there and there is nothing else quite like it.
For next year, please take the time to remind each other in the weeks leading up to Barton that it is alcohol free.
Maybe an asterisk on the schedule to denote an alcohol free venue would be the way to go..........
See you all at PIR (asterisk free venue:-)
