Hey all,

Just came out of a fabulous massage and thought I'd share the love cause I
know you all play hard.

Colleen Torelli specializes in body work for athletes and out of my rolodex
of LMTs (really), she's pretty much the only one I see anymore. Plus I've
known her since grade school and she's just good people.

Look her up if your muscles need some relief:

hey,

dunno if any of you are in need of some hands on work and are looking
for a new masooose to try... but if so... just had a session yesterday
with a lady named Christine Maxwell whom I would recommend. She's
aware of cycling specific needs / injuries, very intuitive, strong,
etc and has a very reasonable rate (currently). She says:

" I work by donation and suggest $40/hr. most people who come to me
like specific work, so clients often book 1-1/2 hour sessions. i don't
(officially) charge because i'm not yet licensed in oregon (i was
licensed in california). I don't know when i'll get licensed... it's
quite a process, but my rates will go up when i do"

She's based in the NE (near Fremont and Williams) - but can travel
with table as well.

her email is: agoatistodance@gmail.com
