Looking to buy a steel, preferably lugged, frame and fork with the old
style semi-horizontal dropouts and fender mounts. Cheaper the better.
This will be an winter commuter, so nothing fancy. Ideally it would come
with a functioning head set and bottom bracket.
62 or 63cm.
