My Castelli shoe covers have worn out & I'd like to replace them
w/something similar. They weren't lightweight lycra or sock style over
booties, nor were they neoprene..More like a poly coated mid-weight
material that was (past-tense) wind/water resistant.

Used is cool, cheap is even better. My budget just keeps getting tighter
these days; shoot me a note off-line.
