Hey Friends!
I know some of you don't want to spend the next 5 months confined to your rollers or trainers, but would rather get outside, enjoy some scenery, and keep your road legs ready for Spring. If you're anything like me, you crave the pace line and some good long hills to keep the lactic acid flowing.
And, also like me, some of you are either on a team that doesn't do training rides in the winter, or not on a team at all, and want others to ride with.
Well, I have some good news for you! I started a facebook group for Saturday winter training rides.
If you have Saturday mornings open, don't mind coming out to Gresham, and want to get your train on, check out the group and join the pace line!

A few disclaimers:
We are a no rider left behind group.
To that end, please bring a phone and maintain communication/contact with the group at all times.
Be prepared to maintain a 16.5mph and up pace for distances of at least 25 and up to 55 miles per day.
Wear appropriate clothing for the day, and be prepared for anything. We all know how fast the weather can change in the Northwest during the coming months.
Bring plenty of water, food, and some cash for potential snack stops.
Bring lights, as even during early daylight hours it can be super dark in the trees.
Wear a helmet!
Thanks!
We hope to see you on a Saturday!
